today i have to wake up a bit early to have my breakfast. i leave home at around 6.20am to avoid no space to take the bus. waiting for the bus for so long as have to go to hougang stadium. at last the bus not so much people. reach there so early that the teacher haven't come yet. not long after the teacher have arrive. i help the teacher. i saw joey and her friend come le. i went to have a warm up first.

for my 8oom run it was raining. for my 4 x 100m relay also raining but i am cold. i am like running in the rain. hahas

joey 100m and 200m got silver. is time for the 4 x 100m relay. i am the first person. i don't know why the teacher there with the second person did not put them to the correct land. i was like where is my second person. i pass to her. i keep shouting veritas to go. i thought we got fourth. joey told us is third and i am so happy. i finally got a medal. joey inter cca relay got gold too. the mascot veritas got champion. yeah...

after the sport day, when to meet miss chang for the project thing. miss chang is fasting i don't know when start. gerald, brendy and i went to hougang mall to have our lunch. at around 2 plus we went back to school to do our project but did not have time to do the board. haixx... we finish around 5.30 plus ba.

don't know tomorrow want to go for my cca ma. as my leg is like no strenght to run or walk long. i think for tomorrow.

feel sad that did not win any gold medal but around when i will join cross country to train myself to win my next year sport day. i hope the road run i can get top 10 as mrs wendy tan said have. i have to buck up on my running skill le hahas.
