wake up at 7am plus.... i don't know what to eat for my breakfast... my father brought malay food... the roti prata curry taste was very fishy....i went to work until around 10am i got stomach pain and diarrhoea... have a sharp pain... i struggle until i tell my boss that i need to leave early... my mother bring me to see a doctor... the doctor said that i ate something either not cook or contaminated. i have no appetite to eat.. i order a a bowl of salmon rice i ate a bit and bring back home... i take a rest.... i wake up it is still pain but actually today have the band concert at victoria concert hall but i couldn't go... it is quite sad that i miss a chance to see it... my friends told me it is quite nice and funny... why so sway today... the bowl of salmon i ate for lunch and dinner... until 9pm i feel alright already.... i hate myself and i don't like to be sick during the day i have event......
