    today wake up all my body is like muscle pain. still the same go up and down stair pain. haix i wonder when will be fine.

    after school went to hougang stadium for badminton. i play with grace. not long, there is 2 young man want to play with us. i don't know got win but the keep shooting outside.

    later another man came. we play together with grace. he is like a coach. we won hehe. play until my hand numb and shaking. hehe..

    i hope my muscle pain faster recover as i cannot do a lot of things.
